This is what your order status means depending on if your order is being delivered to your home or you will collect it at school.
ORDERS FOR COLLECTION AT SCHOOL
AWAITING PAYMENT - we have not yet received your bank transfer payment
AWAITING PACKING - your order is waiting to be packed at our Operations Centre
ON HOLD/MANUAL VERIFICATION - some details of your order (for example, your address or the shipping method that you selected) need to be checked
AWAITING FULFILLMENT - your order is being packed at our Operations Centre
AWAITING SHIPMENT - your order has been packed and will be shipped to school. Please check the delivery schedule here
SHIPPED - your order has been shipped to school
COMPLETED - your order is at school for you to collect
ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME
