CREATING YOUR ORDER

Please place your order on our on-line store. Orders cannot be accepted in person, by e-mail or by telephone.

You can either select your school to find all items that you may need or, if you know which items you need, it may be faster to find them using the “shop by product” menu

After you have placed the items that you need in the shopping cart, click “proceed to checkout”.

If you are placing your first order, please create an account when you check out and make note of your password.

If you have placed an order before and have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Your Password? link. It is not necessary to create a new account.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
There are two delivery options; delivery to your home or collect your order at school.
Collection at school
If you would like to collect your order at school, please select "collect at school" and then select your school from the drop-down menu. Please enter the name and class of your child so that we can deliver your order. Delivery to school is ¥350 per order (excluding tax).
Orders for collection at school are shipped to schools once a week during term time. There is more information on delivery schedules here

Please note that orders for collection at school will be delivered in reusable bags. Please return the bags to school as soon as you have brought your order home.
If you would like to change an order (that has not yet been shipped) from collection at school to home delivery, please pay the additional shipping fee here
Delivery to your home
If you would like your order delivered to your home, please select "home delivery". If we receive your payment by 8 am on a business day, your order will be shipped on the same day. If we receive your payment after 8 am, your order will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery to your home is ¥1,000 per order (excluding tax).
Orders are usually delivered the day after they are shipped. You can track your order using the courier tracking number - you can check that by logging in to your account here
If you miss an attempted delivery to your home, please contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
Please note that we do not ship to addresses outside Japan.
Scheduled delivery
If you would like an order delivered to your home on a specific date or at a specific time of day, please specify the date and time in the "comments" when you check out on our online store.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card (via Paypal)
Payment by bank transfer
Please enter your order number when you make the bank transfer payment. Please note that, if we do not receive your payment within two weeks of receiving your order, then your order will be automatically cancelled.
Credit card via Paypal
If you do not have a Paypal account or want to pay by credit card via Paypal then please check out as follows:
1. When you have added all of the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, click the blue "checkout" button (not the yellow "checkout with Paypal" button)
2. Sign in to your account or enter your name, address, etc. Select the delivery option that you prefer.
3. Select Paypal as the payment method. When you are directed to the Paypal site, you will have the option of creating a Paypal account or paying by credit card
Paypal payments made on our site appear as payments to Audeamus KK (our parent company) on your credit card statement.
To change the Paypal Japan site to English
Click the link at the bottom of the Paypal screen to change the language.
