DELIVERY SCHEDULES
ORDERS COLLECTED AT SCHOOL
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS TO SCHOOLS DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS (INCLUDING DURING SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS)
During term time, orders are shipped to schools once a week (generally on Wednesdays) and are available for collection on Fridays, except for FIS, where they are available for collection on the following Monday. Orders are not shipped to school during holidays, including during mid-term breaks or summer school programs.
If your order status is AWAITING SHIPMENT then your order has not yet been shipped to school. It will be shipped on the next Wednesday that is not a school holiday.
If your order status is SHIPPED then your order has been shipped to school and is in transit.
If your order status is COMPLETED then your order is at school for you to collect

Please note that orders for collection at school will be delivered in reusable bags. Please return the bags and any reusable packaging to school as soon as you have brought your order home.
If you would like to change an order (that has not yet been shipped) from collection at school to home delivery, please pay the additional shipping fee here
ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME
If we receive your payment by 8 am on a business day, your order will be shipped on the same day. If we receive your payment after 8 am, your order will be shipped on the next business day. You can track your order using the courier tracking number - you can check that by logging in to your account here
Orders are usually delivered the day after they are shipped.
If you miss an attempted delivery to your home, please contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
